Gentle Flow Yoga is a slow, soulful practice that blends Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yoga Nidra into a gentle moving meditation. Guided by the mantras ‘strength in softness’ and ‘less is more’, each class flows from the ground up with breath-led transitions and deep presence.

You’ll be held in a nurturing space supported by poetry, breathwork, meditation, and moments of stillness. It’s a genuine pause to soften, reconnect and come home to yourself.

Created especially for people seeking a slower, more heart-led practice.

Bookings for the April to June series have now closed, but if you’d like to come along and see what it’s all about, you are more than welcome. Use the link below to purchase a casual class pass. I’d love to welcome you to the mat.

This series offers more than just movement; it's a sanctuary for self-discovery. Each session invites you to release tension, cultivate self-love, and reconnect with your inner strength. You'll leave feeling nourished, grounded, and deeply at peace.

Meet your teacher…

Katie, Gentle Flow Yoga teacher at Om Yoga Collective

Hello darling soul, my name is Katie and it is so lovely to connect with you.

At Om Yoga Collective, my mission is to create a sanctuary where you can pause, reconnect and bring the transformative practices of yoga into your everyday life. In today’s busy world, it’s so easy to lose touch with ourselves. We’re constantly giving, doing and rushing from one thing to the next, often without a moment to breathe.

That’s why I created the Gentle Flow Yoga series. It offers a space to let go of tension, cultivate self-love and reconnect with the most important person in your life: you.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, my classes meet you exactly where you are. Each session blends soothing movements, mindful breathwork and gentle flow to help create balance, calm and a sense of inner peace.

Above all, Gentle Flow Yoga offers a sanctuary for embracing strength in softness. You are warmly welcomed, just as you are.

I look forward to seeing you on the mat.
